Have we lost touch with you?

Changes to the law require us to obtain a fresh consent from those we wish to keep in touch with. Some of our old contact lists have had to be discarded. If you would like to be kept informed of news and events at All Saints, or wish to enquire about weddings, baptisms etc, please click on the ‘Contact Us’ link and send us an email.

A Happy New Year to You All

We enter this year with thankfulness for what has gone before us and with hope and expectation for even better things this year. The year begins with our annual Churches Together Service on Sunday 20th January at 4pm. It is an opportunity to meet up with Christians from other local churches and to look at what we can do together in the coming year. This year it is our turn to host the service.

Baptisms (Christenings) through 2019

Baptisms can take place at any time during the year but spring and early summer are always the most popular times. Parents considering having a child baptised are encouraged to attend a Sunday or a Wednesday service – there is an opportunity after the service to discuss arranging a service of baptism. Adults can also enquire regarding baptism for themselves.

Lent, Holy Week and Easter 2019

If you have never attended church through this season then you have missed a wonderful opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the Christian faith. The tone of the services (and the decoration) change to reflect the themes of preparation, passion, death and resurrection. The services on Maundy Thursday and on Easter Day are especially meaningful. Words can never express this fully – you had to be there!

As part of our Lenten discipline we collected a generous amount of tinned goods. These are sent to the Birmingham City Mission to help needy people within our city.
